Making nitro tea is just infusing / dissolving (which?) nitrogen gas into a tea liquid.
There are couple of different ways we have found to do this so far and they all produce different results.
To get an appreciable amount of nitrogen to dissolve in water, we need a pressurized nitrogen tank to force the nitrogen gas to dissolve into the tea. This is how the soft drink industry makes carbonated sodas by using carbon dioxide instead of nitrogen. Our pressurized nitrogen tank isn’t strong enough to perform nitrogen breaking chemical reactions, so no need to worry about those dreaded nitrates you hear so much about in our nitro-tea.
