Earl Grey is the middle child of teas; nice, simple and often overlooked as average. But there’s something comforting in being dubbed the khaki pants of a colorful wardrobe! Sometimes you just want a good ol’ cup of familiar tea. Our version of Earl Grey is the perfect blend of Keemun Black tea scented with real Bergamot oil. Straight from the sweet Bergamot orange, it’s flavored to be paired well however you like to take your classic: with a smidgen of milk and sugar or a slice of lemon and honey.
Earl Grey Cocktail
Add 2 tbsp loose leaf tea to 8oz of your choice of gin and let it infuse for two hours. Filter into another container. Create a simple syrup, bringing to a boil one part water to one part sugar. Mix 1.5 oz of lemon juice, 1.5 oz of syrup, and 3 oz of Earl Grey infused gin. Pour over ice and garnish with sprigs of lavender (if desired).
